So, as some of you know I work the Woodinville Farmers Market on Saturdays from 9-3. I have been doing portraits at markets and fairs for a couple years now. Just two weeks ago I got a chance to do something a little bit different. I call them illustrated portraits. I like them better. More fun, more personality, and the kid doesn't really have to sit still. These two are my little sisters.

i love those paintings of your sisters!! i have to agree...they have a much more charming quality to them then "sit-down" portraits. mind you, this opinion is coming from someone who can't paint worth a hoot!
