I read the wizard of oz this summer. Ya know how the good witch in the movie is beautiful, tall, young and wearing a poofy dress and crown?
Totally not accurate.
In the book she's an old midget with a pointy hat and curly toed shoes. No wand or bubbles, she walks up and balances her hat upon her nose to divine that Dorothy needs to follow the yellow brick road.
While in the Swiss Alps I was completely awe struck by the grandure around me, and completely frustrated at my inability to express it within my tiny moleskin. The Husband and the Alps.
